Christa (she/her) is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts with her Master’s in Social Work. Christa has experience working in community mental health settings with diverse families and in Partial Hospitalization/Intensive Outpatient programs empowering preteens, adolescents, adults, and families to explore their situations and apply concrete skills to manage their challenges. Christa strives to meet each client where they are and tailor treatment as needed to their personal goals and needs.
Christa provides evidence-based individual and family therapy to preteens, adolescents, and adults. Her approach is non-judgmental, eclectic, and rooted in a “life-long learner” attitude.
In her own words: “I work to create a space where folks can feel safe to explore their emotions and take charge of their lives. I am your partner in this work, and I am committed to collaborating on whatever goals or challenges you bring. Together, we will create a space where you can process what brought you to therapy, and a toolbox that works for you to move forward and live the life you find worth living.”
