Our philosophy

Who We Help & How

We work with adults, children, adolescents, college-aged and older adults, couples, and families.

We offer individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as specialized support in adoption, co-parenting, and reunification.

Common areas we treat include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD (including Veteran PTSD), family stress, grief, and major life transitions. We also offer expert nutrition counseling as part of our integrative care model.

What to expect

Sessions are available both in-person and via secure telehealth.

We accept most major insurance providers, including Tricare, Optima, BCBS, Medicare, Medicaid, and Aetna.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

Do you accept insurance?
