Sara is a licensed clinical social worker who graduated from the University of New England in 2013. She provides compassionate, evidence-based care in a warm, non-judgmental environment. She works from a holistic perspective, honoring the mind–body connection and empowering clients to navigate their healing journeys with clarity and confidence.

Sara offers individual therapy for adult and teenage clients across many stages of life. Her work is strengths-based and highly personalized, helping clients recognize their inherent resilience while building practical skills for meaningful lasting change.
