Whitney is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Master’s in Social Work. She has experience working with diverse populations and family systems and enjoys the unique challenges and strengths that come with each age and life stage.  She combines evidence-based tools and techniques with compassion, authenticity, and humor to create a space for people to explore and manage difficult emotions and discover empowerment on their healing journey.

Whitney provides individual, couples, and family counseling to children, teens and adults. Her approach is centered on connection and humble curiosity, incorporating practical, individualized strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs, goals, and circumstances to support meaningful, sustainable change.

In her own words: “I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where you or your loved one can show up as you are and feel truly heard and accepted. Together, we’ll explore the challenges that brought you to therapy, build on your strengths, and help you feel more confident, and grounded as you move forward.”
