Why nutrition matters
for your mental health
Emerging research shows a powerful link between what we eat and how we feel.
Western-style diets — often low in essential nutrients — are associated with higher rates of ADHD, depression, and anxiety.
Nutrition plays a key role in mood, focus, sleep, and emotional balance.
In fact, studies have found a 25–35% lower risk of depression in people following traditional eating patterns, like the Mediterranean or Japanese diets. Harvard Health Publishing, 2022
At Invicta, we take this connection seriously.
We offer compassionate support around disordered eating, body image, and your relationship with food — because healing the mind also means nourishing the body.
